Caiden Ward nor Caiden's Records are liable for any incidents that occur involving the content that is released, played back, sold, or otherwise consumed by the general public. The only exception to this term is if another individual or corporation's intellectual property are found in violation of regional, national, or global law.

Refunds for products purchased through third-party corporations (e.g., audio content purchased through the "iTunes" service (unaffiliated, name used for example only)) are at the sole discretion of the issuing corporation, and not Caiden Ward nor Caiden's Records are responsible to refund or otherwise compensate for any desired reimbursement for consumed products unless required by law.

By (A) visiting this website, (B) consuming any digital content owned by Caiden Ward or Caiden's Records, or (C) purchasing or using any digital/physical products sold via either a third-party service or by Caiden Ward/Caiden's Records themselves, you agree to these terms and forfeit your right to any legal pursuit of action unless required by any official form of authority ("the law").

These terms are in effect starting 04/13/25, or April 13th, 2025. Occurrences before this date are not subject to these terms, in compliance with United States law.
